Shipping information
We aim to deliver our products within 4 working days from the order date. Unfortunately, occasionally you might experience delivery delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances related to the specific country of destination. These include national holidays, strikes, or other events due to extraordinary conditions. In this case, we might be forced to postpone or cancel deliveries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our orders are shipped worldwide. Shipments inside the European Community take about 2/3 working days from the shipment date; shipments to the rest of the world take about 4/5 working days from the shipment date.
Upon delivery, we recommend that you inspect the package for any signs of damage or other issues. Please report all issues immediately to the carrier. Unfortunately, we may not be able to issue refunds for claims (for example empty packages) that are not reported immediately to the carrier. Please keep your delivery receipt in case of any future issues with your delivery.
We kindly recommend that you monitor your order's tracking details. If there is any discrepancy or non-receipt of the package, please report the issue immediately. We are unable to issue refunds for lost or undelivered packages if the issue is not reported within 5 days of the provided tracking confirmation of delivery.
Items shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, and they will not be covered or reimbursed by AF Reflect Eyewear.
