Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date shown by the courier tracking. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us to reserve another product.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at reflecteyewear@reflect-eyewear.com before sending your package. Once approved, you may return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original, undamaged packaging and protected in the same plastic bag.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
We reserve the right to withhold refunds until the returned goods are received and inspected.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email reflecteyewear@reflect-eyewear.com.
Shipping (Returns)
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Customers are also responsible for any customs fees, duties, import/export taxes, or clearance charges where applicable. Such fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Failed Delivery & Uncollected Shipments
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and that the shipment can be successfully received.
Risk of loss remains with us until the shipment is delivered to the address provided at checkout and delivery is confirmed by the courier.
However, if delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer — including but not limited to:

incorrect or incomplete address

failure to respond to the courier

refusal of the shipment

failure to collect the parcel from an access point

failure to pay required import/customs charges
the shipment may be returned to sender.
In such cases:

The order will not be treated as a standard customer return

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import/export taxes, and any related fees are non-refundable

Any costs incurred due to the failed delivery may be deducted from the refund amount
Customs duties and import/export charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Important
Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected and returned to the sender at their own expense.
